Very satisfied and love the environment. We went here for family short trip.. the food is super delicious..the supper menu also delicious affordable with the price.. if forgot something just can go across at sunway putra mall.. very recommend to other family

Very comfortable bed and the room size is big?

I enjoyed my stay here last year at this hotel. Very comfortable with a good view too. The food was good though you could go out and a lot of eateries and Mall nearby. Housekeeping cleaning the rooms were very diligent and polite, and did a good job. The security were all nice, welcoming you at the door. Front desk staff was attentive. Everyday we are always going out, public transport was just minutes away so everything is convenient. Overall, good stay and highly recommended.

We were given a free upgrade for our honeymoon. Bought a RM200/ night room, but we were given a RM1500/ night for our honeymoon. The room is very spacious and luxury. Thanks to Seri Pacific friendly staff

Recommended by one my friend to explore the malaysian hotel by experience exquisite dining at indian restaurant! and also not forget to mention , there's indian girl was server in the restaurant was look after me and my friend very well, kudos to seri pacific to have such good hospitality staff. For rooms, just to touch up some minor area such as the AC not consistent , we have to got up at late night and adjust the temperature of the AC. Beside that Please upgrade your Wifi, its kinda of very2 slow . othen that , nothing much defect , hotel will be fully occupied if this minor things as been touch, but overall staff are attentive & the NASI GORENG is the best to the best! :) :) :)
